Silent Pool Gin is produced at the Albury Estate in the Surrey Hills, right next to Silent Pool, a beautiful mysterious lake. A complex English gin where 24 different herbs are used for its production. In the aromatic characteristics we find flowers, citrus zest , violet, lavender, with earthy and spicy notes to follow. The addition of local honey gives a soft and persistent aftertaste.
